April Stallworth is a dynamic leader, inspirational speaker, certified Christian life coach, and seasoned business executive with a heart for ministry and transformation. She currently serves as Chief of Staff at T.D. Jakes Enterprises, where she plays a critical role in advancing the organization’s strategic priorities, streamlining executive operations, and fostering synergy across the expansive T.D. Jakes Group of companies. 

In addition to her executive leadership, April is a sought-after speaker and teacher, known for her passionate delivery and practical wisdom. Through her group coaching programs, training intensives, and keynote presentations, she equips diverse audiences—from youth and single parents to women in ministry and the marketplace—with biblical truths, leadership tools, and transformational principles for purposeful living.

April’s Teachings

April’s teachings center on themes of identity, calling, inner healing, healthy relationships, self-leadership, and bold authenticity. She challenges women to rise above rejection, fear, and societal limitations so they can walk confidently and unapologetically in their God-given purpose.

As a LinkedIn Learning Instructor, April has developed multiple courses for administrative professionals that have reached over 600,000 global learners, solidifying her as a trusted voice in professional development and leadership training. 

She also serves as a Cohort Coach for Propel Women, founded by Christine Caine, where she mentors and empowers women to thrive spiritually and vocationally, whether in the pulpit or boardroom, mission field or marketplace. April’s academic credentials include an Associate’s degree in Office Management, a Bachelor’s in Management, and a Master of Arts in Management and Leadership. A proud New Jersey native now based in Dallas, Texas, April is the joyful mother of Imani Davis, a gifted storyteller and Film Programmer in Los Angeles, CA.
