I'm an executive and transitional leadership coach, speaker, and trainer and I've spent over 40 years helping women gain the clarity, confidence, and strategy they need to lead with purpose. I work at the intersection of identity, leadership, and transformation, and I serve women in corporate spaces, faith communities, and everywhere in between.
But beyond the stages and the numbers, what drives me every single day is this: I believe every woman I work with was created on purpose, for a purpose. My job is to help her discover that and then lead from it, unapologetically.
